If you like boiled eggs as i do make sure you take them out of the fridge for like 20 minutes , room temperature , then THEN boil them in slow fire until u see the water bubbling.

 Straight from fridge to boiling them could break the eggs surface , in that case it is better frying the egg as soon as possible.

For the record boiled eggs are healthier than fried , i love fried eggs as well with bacon and cheese just do not over do that.
